Setting Up Your RSVP Form with Canva
Collect Guest Responses with Canva Forms
Your HappilyEverColor website includes Canva's native RSVP form, making it simple for guests to submit their responses while automatically organizing everything in Canva Sheets.
Step 1: Open Your Canva Website
Navigate to the RSVP page.
Step 2: Select the RSVP Form
Click directly on the form.
You'll notice it is already connected to Canva Forms.
Step 3: Customize Your Questions
Edit fields such as:
- Guest Name
- Attendance
- Meal Choice
- Dietary Restrictions
- Song Requests
You can also add your own custom questions.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Canva automatically updates your form.
Viewing RSVP Responses
Once guests begin responding:
Open Canva.
Navigate to Canva Sheets.
You'll see all RSVP responses organized automatically in a spreadsheet.
